The Broadneck Council of Communities and the Arnold Preservation Council are sponsoring a Candidates’ Night on Thursday, October 23rd, 2014 for our District 30A State and Local government candidates running for public office in November. This event will be held at 7:30 PM at the Cape St. Claire Clubhouse-1223 River Bay Road.
Come out and meet your future lawmakers. Decide which will be best for you and your neighbors.
The format is as follows:
-7:35 PM Welcome/Agenda Pat Lynch, BCC
-7:45-8:45 PM Candidates Presentations
-8:45-9:15 PM Q and A’s
-9:15 PM Close Elizabeth Rosborg- the Arnold Preservation Council
-9:20-9:40 PM Refreshments
Speakers will present the platform for their candidacy during the first hour with question and answer time following the presentations. Refreshments will be provided after the meeting.
The BCC and APC represent thousands of voters in District 30A who are invited to attend this event. Candidates for State and Local Government offices are attending this meeting to speak, meet and greet their constituents.
Please join us for an interesting evening of discussion to provide our Broadneck and Arnold residents an opportunity to meet the candidates and be heard. This opportunity to interact with candidates can help us all make voting decisions for the November 4, 2014 election.
