This is probably a legal use of the property. Additional development of a commercial nature could still happen on the north end of the property in the future. The public is able to offer input as to the appropriate size and positioning on the property, and hear about any exceptions that may be asked for by the developers. The driveway appears to be planned to go fairly close to the stream at the head of Whitehall. Developers and likely the County development office will review comments.
