BCC General Meeting Oct. 19th 2017

BCC Meeting (Oct. 19th)
Plan to attend our last meeting of the year, as there are many important topics to be covered.

– The new AA County 2040 General Development Plan
– An update to the SR Bridge construction project and the Bay Bridge Traffic problems.
– An update to the Adler 103 home development project off of E. College Parkway
– The Sandy Point State Park entrance roadway improvements.

We have excellent speakers who are listed on this agenda.

General Development Plan Meeting (Oct. 17th)
Also plan to attend the AA County Planning and Zoning Listening session for Broadneck Peninsula residents at the Broadneck High School on Tuesday 10/17. Information on this meeting is posted on the AA County website. This is an opportunity for you to meet the new County Planning and Zoning Director, voice your concerns over increased development in the Broadneck area, the need for traffic studies under the responsibility of the County – not the developers, complain about Rte #50/301 traffic, public safety and other concerns.

The feedback to the County will be used for input to the General Development Plan. The County is putting a great deal of manpower into this endeavor so if you don’t appear to provide your input…..you will miss a prime opportunity that we have not been afforded in prior years.

At the BCC General Meeting refreshments will be served. Please contact Pat Lynch at 410-757-3231 if you have questions.
