This is a great opportunity to get involved and educated on managing your community’s Stormwater Systems.
The seminar, which will be presented virtually in three, one-hour sessions, will help participants better understand the design and proper function of stormwater devices, how to maintain them, how to effectively budget for near- and long-term maintenance expenses, and how to successfully pass County triennial inspections. The ultimate goal is to impart confidence in community association Boards that you have the knowledge necessary to successfully manage their program and to offer encouragement for the contribution you are making to achieve better stormwater runoff quality. You will also benefit from hearing the lessons learned from other seminar participants. The schedule of webinars is:
More information about Stormwater Success 201, and how to register for it, can be found at this Watershed Stewards Academy website: http://aawsa.org/stormwater-success-event .
