Why should you join?

  • We enhance mutual benefit and interests of our communities when we all work together.
  • We promote long & short term planning on land-use, ordinances, zoning, water and sewer systems, roads, traffic, emergency management, public nuisances, public safety, education, recreation, and environmental protection.
  • We represent community interests using contacts with county and state government.
  • Homeowner Associations: $50.00/yr for every 500 housing units and $100 for 501 or more housing units. 
  • Civic Associations & Individuals: $25/yr. Individuals and civic groups can have major input in helping the organization protect our peninsula.
