The Broadneck Council of Communities and the Cape St Claire Improvement Association have joined to host two candidates nights in the next five weeks.
Come out the Candidates Nights – May 17th & June 7th! One week from now, May 17th is the first Broadneck event: Maryland State Senate and Delegates.
The format will be finalized soon, but generally, the first hour will allow for candidates 3-5 minutes to introduce themselves to residents of the Broadneck Peninsula. The second hour will be a meet & greet with refreshments to allow residents to interact directly with candidates and learn about their platforms.
Both events are at the Cape St. Claire Clubhouse at 1223 River Bay Road.
State Candidates
Thursday, May 17th, 2018 at 730pm, we have invited the primary candidates for State Senator Districts 30 & 33 and State Delegates for Districts 30A & 33. We will publish a list of attendees by Monday, May 14, 2018.
County Candidates
Thursday, June 7th, 2018 at 730pm, we have invited candidates for County Executive, State’s Attorney, Sheriff, County Council District 5 and Board of Education District 5 primary candidates. We will publish a list of attendees by Monday, June 4th, 2018.
